It enables users to get reliable loading slot times in advance and guaranteed loading times of seven minutes or less as rapid live loading of standard trailers or containers improve outbound material f low. LoadMatic loads the cargo into the container or truck in one push when the load is sequenced and transferred. As the last link in the end-to-end solution for fully automating outbound logistics, ACTIW ’s Load Forming solution integrates your existing warehouse or production lines with automated load forming and sequencing systems to increase outbound capacity. The Load Forming executes load forming processes automatically on a load-by-load basis by preparing optimal truckloads efficiently and accurately.
