GAZOQS, an advanced image recognition solution enhances inspection, packaging, and traceability. In the event of customer claims, it streamlines fact-checking by extracting relevant product inspection footage from continuous recordings, enabling quick verification of customer claims. This reduces costs, minimizes response time and has helped clients achieve a 96.3 percent resolution rate, zero re-deliveries and a tenfold faster inquiry response.
