THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING
Gabriel Weeks, CEOFrom providing a clear overview of assets on and off-site to leveraging data to identify and eliminate inefficiencies at a granular level, GPX meets clients’ individual needs. The intuitive platform allows for multiple layers of depth as it relates to analyzing the location data across their fleet of assets or at the individual asset level. This enables clients to maintain a line of sight into their business-critical assets in an affordable manner.
“We democratize access to location data through our GPX framework, providing clients with complete visibility into their business operations,” says Gabriel Weeks, CEO at GPX Intelligence.
The GPX platform has many features, including alerts and notifications, API integration, geofencing, a shipments module, a rules engine, and custom dashboards to ensure tracking transparency. It prevents the permanent loss of critical tools, assets, and vehicles due to theft, misplacement, or mismanagement.
For example, through the shipments module, clients can plan ahead of time, track shipments, and receive alerts about delays. The geofencing feature can send push notifications, SMS, or email alerts every time their fleet enters or exits a location. It also provides users with alerts if the tracking device is tampered with or has a low battery level.
GPX’s flexible hardware options have the capability to track even in spotty coverage areas like basements and parking garages.Depending on the ping frequency, the battery will last up to three years and they can be programmed to ping the user once a day, a week, or as needed based on the customizable location report frequency.
GPX assigns every client to a dedicated customer success manager who resolves issues at all times and drives optimal ROI. The managers contact clients often and perform quarterly and annual reviews to ensure all requirements are met.
Recently, GPX assisted an automotive OEM in locating their shipping containers that were lost due to inefficient manual tracking processes. GPX leveraged its platform to discover that the containers were deployed at an alternative manufacturing facility nearby. GPX compiled this information, downloaded the location data, created a graphic presentation, and sent it to the client’s leadership team. This helped the client drive accountability with their counterpart, get the costs of expendables covered, and retrieve the containers.
Dedicated to building long-standing relationships with clients, GPX often solicits feedback to build products that best suit their requirements. While most of its clients are domestic, it maintains a global footprint that stretches from Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe to parts of India. With a penchant for excellence, GPX is expanding its B2B business and drives value with the assurance that the client’s assets are safe and monitored.
