Noel McKeon, Business Development ManagerBased out of Sparks, MD, IntelliTrack addresses the emerging requirements for managing inventory in the increasingly complex supply chain businesses. The firm’s solution integrates mobile data collection terminals for real-time data management and tracking applications. IntelliTrack’s product line includes IntelliTrack warehouse management system as well as inventory software, asset tracking software, order fulfillment, and package tracking software. The firm’s flagship product- StratusISRP—is a solution for small to mid-sized warehouses—for calculating and tracking inventory, receiving, and picking data. Ensuring greater inventory accuracy as well as customer retention, the system validates both inbound and outbound orders. Further simplifying the management process, the built in reports option provides a complete analysis of the current inventory availability, order processing, as well as stock reports, physical inventory reconciliation, and the historical audit trail. “There is nothing else out there on the market that has built-in capabilities to pinpoint the presence and motion of the asset,” says Noel McKeon, Business Development Manager, IntelliTrack.
The Android application for IntelliTrack Stratus software is one of the latest in the company's technology solutions for fulfilling the current industry requirements. “Our product will provide a big value to customers with projects that require real-time tracking of their assets and will enable them to make better use of their equipment,” adds McKeon.

Our product will provide a big value to customers with projects that require real-time tracking of their assets and will enable them to make better use of their equipment
With years of industry knowledge in designing and installing warehouse management solutions, IntelliTrack have been assisting thousands of organizations in achieving their business goals. In an instance, Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center—needed to track high value government owned equipment and manage a large configuration management database containing over 10,000 stock parts. The firm’s configuration management software was inefficient and quite time consuming. SPAWAR needed to reduce error, shrinkage, and tedious physical inventory processes. IntelliTrack worked with Serco—a designer of innovative service solutions for the government—to bridge SPAWAR’s current configuration management software with Intellitrack’s Fixed Assets RFID for better inventory control. With the solution, high value military parts and materials are tagged with a passive RFID tag and stored by location in the RFID system. As they are transferred to new locations or moved through assemblies, inventories are updated using a handheld reader, then imported through the existing software databases. Fixed Assets RFID allows for quick item location checks and allows the operator to change asset locations, reducing inventory time and human error. “With the innovative solutions that we offer, our customer feedback has been very positive,” remarks McKeon.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, IntelliTrack will continue to focus on providing clients with innovative technology to speed up the data collection process, gain more inventory accuracy and awareness, and improve operational efficiency ultimately leading to a better ROI.
