The addition of operating sites in Indianapolis, IN, and Ontario, CA will strengthen LEGACY’s foothold in the Midwest and south Californian markets.

The current head is to retain his position as the leader of the operating subsidiary, while also working as the VP of eCommerce Fulfillment for LEGACY. The senior leadership team of Direct Shot will remain in place to serve the existing customer base and manage the operating locations of Direct Shot Distributing.
The new acquisition expands LEGACY’s network of operating sites in the US and Canada to over 50, including 15 eCommerce fulfillment operations serving customers across the eCommerce channels, including direct-to-customer, direct-to-retail, direct-to-distributor, dropship, and business-to-business.
