Zsigmond Balla, President and CEOEnter Ziglift Material Handling, a company that provides fully integrated warehouse solutions to its customers across the globe. “Day in and day out, we face clients that run into these issues. So, our goal at Ziglift is to educate and provide reliable consultation to our clients before they make crucial purchasing decisions,” says Zsigmond Balla, the President and CEO of Ziglift Material Handling. The company also has varied product offerings.
One of the main product categories that Ziglift offers is the different varieties of new and used pallet racking systems. Whether it is selective racking, cantilever racking, push-back systems, drivein systems, or pallet flow, the company aims to be a single source and provider of solutions for clients’ warehouse material handling needs. In addition, Ziglift also offers other warehouse products such as boltless shelving, conveyors and carton flow, pallet jacks, and even some used material handling equipment (forklifts & order pickers), and a wide variety of safety products including column protectors, end-aisle protectors, and guard railing. “With this product offering, our customers who typically have multiple locations across the U.S. can rest assured that they have a one-stop-shop that can take care of their material handling needs, no matter how big or small,” mentions Balla.
Even though the core of its business lies in the goods that Ziglift sells, the company also prides itself on the exceptional level of service that they deliver. Whether it be designing, engineering, permitting, or installing a warehouse system, Ziglift’s customers are offered the most timely and satisfactory solutions. “For us, each client is unique and requires special attention in understanding their requirements. Since our warehouse systems are so customizable, we put great effort into researching our customers’ products, where they are located, their warehouses specifications, and even what type of material handling equipment they are planning to use,” says Balla. Furthermore, each client is assigned to a specific sales team that assures a smooth process from the beginning of designing the warehouse system to the final sign-off on the permitting of the system.![]()

More importantly, Ziglift played a significant role during the pandemic. Balla says, “As brick-and-mortar stores have consolidated or closed, we have seen a large boom in e-commerce applications with our customers.” So, the company purchased used materials/ equipment and repurposed those for their clients.
Further, with their partners at Mecalux, Ziglift has recently introduced the semi-automated Pallet Shuttle system to customers and is proud to be the sole distributors in California and Arizona. Over the past 2-3 years, Ziglift has experienced exponential growth nationwide that has allowed it to develop a footprint in new territories nationwide, including establishing new facilities in Surprise, AZ, and Southaven, MS. With these new locations, the company has been able to service customers all across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and even the Caribbean. To continue this growth, Ziglift is actively looking to add new members to its team who are motivated to continue and facilitate this growth even in new sales territories. The company is also actively pursuing new product offerings and technologies to grow in the field of automation. “One of the most important things to me at Ziglift is the fact that we are a family-run company that treats all of our own employees as members of our family,” Balla concludes.
